Mr. Vinodrai V.Goradia has been  associated with the company as a Promoter Director since 1982 except for a brief spell from 1987 - 90, and is one of the original promoters. He is the proprietor of Shyamji Bhanji & Co. based in Mumbai & engaged in chemical business. Mr. Goradia brings with him extensive commercial experience.
